Great Actions Leave A Mark
‘Great Actions Leave A Mark’ is a campaign created for University Health Network to raise awareness about living organ donation - particularly living liver and kidney donation. The campaign featured over 40 living donor/recipients with diverse backgrounds from all across Canada, sharing their incredible journeys of heroism demonstrating human potential. These stories were captured and shared across traditional and digital platforms - sharing messages of hope, inspiration, and building brand awareness while encouraging others to consider donation.
This campaign created a partnership between UHN, BC Transplant, the government of Saskatchewan, MOTP Atlantic Canada, and Canadian Blood Services, the first campaign in Canada to unite the countries health authorities coast-to-coast.
GALAM reached over 10 million people across Canada with a 99.9% positive response, with content shared on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and video stories of each participant being shared on YouTube - and hosted on www.greatactions.ca. The campaign was also featured by Toronto Star, CTV, BT Canada, CBC, Newswise, and Living Luxe Magazine.
